I’m Awesh, a Lead UX Architect at Cybage Software, Pune, and my journey in UX design began right here almost two decades ago. What started as a curiosity about how people interact with technology soon turned into a lifelong passion for designing experiences that truly make a difference.

Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide range of products — from enterprise platforms to mobile apps — each project teaching me something new about users, context, and the balance between business goals and human needs. My approach has always been grounded in empathy, clarity, and usability — because great design isn’t just about how something looks, but how effortlessly it works for the people using it.

Beyond designing, I find joy in mentoring upcoming designers and fostering collaborative, design-driven thinking within teams. Helping others grow and seeing their ideas come to life is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
